Latigo Spring Barrel Race | March 22 Weekend Recap

There’s just something about a weekend at the barrel race that fills your cup in a way nothing else can. The dust in the air, the sound of hooves hitting the ground, the quiet prayers whispered at the gate—it all reminds me why I love what I do.

The Latigo Spring Barrel Race weekend of March 22 was one for the books. From golden hour runs to those in-between candid moments, it was more than just fast times—it was heart, grit, and a whole lot of faith.

One of my favorite images from the weekend captured a rider mid-run, horse stretched out and giving it everything they had. You could feel the determination through the photo. It’s those split-second moments that tell a bigger story—the early mornings, the long drives, the hard days that led up to that run. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

Weekends like this aren’t just about photos for me—they’re about telling your story. The real, raw, and honest moments that you’ll look back on years from now and remember exactly how it felt.

I’m so grateful to everyone who let me be a small part of their weekend. Your passion, your faith, and your love for this life is something special.

Until the next ride 🤎
